Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as the slot cannot be reliably rebooked. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, or failure to attend the session without notice, will result in full forfeiture of the session fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Exceptions In the event of genuine emergencies (e.g. illness or unforeseen circumstances), please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate a reschedule. Photographer Cancellation If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
